Shipping Policy

This page explains how Code Book Shop (CodeBookShop.com) ships your order.

Where We Deliver
We deliver to addresses in all 50 US states. We do not currently ship to addresses outside the United States.

Shipping Cost
Standard shipping is free on every order — no minimum purchase required.

Processing Time
We prepare and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays). An order placed on a weekend or holiday is processed the next business day.

Delivery Time
After dispatch, most orders arrive within 5–7 business days. These are estimates; carrier delays, severe weather and other events outside our control can occasionally extend delivery times.

Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order leaves us, we email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number.

Checking Your Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot an error, email us right away — we can correct it as long as the order has not yet shipped. We cannot be responsible for orders delayed or lost because of an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Late, Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, email us with your order number and we will work with you to resolve it.
